About Me
I am an integrative psychotherapist with over 15 years of clinical experience, specialising in the treatment of eating disorders, body dysmorphia and addictions. I have experience of working in both in and outpatient services with adults, adolescents, couples and families.

In collaboration with the individual and his/her family, we devise a personalised holistic treatment plan, drawing on existential, psychodynamic and person-centred philosophies. I use CBT, systemic and mindfulness techniques, in order to achieve your desired objectives. I offer specific after-care addiction support, base on the 12 Step Minnesota approach.

I use the EMDR approach (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) to help clients process and recover from disturbing life experiences that result in emotional distress, affecting their present mental health and wellbeing.
